Katsutoshi Shiina Shihan 8^th Dan Executive & Technical Director JKA was invited by JKA Pakistan for 8^th JKA National Camp from 15^th to 18^th February, 2024 Karachi. It was privilege and great honour for us to host Shiina Shihan. Shiina Shihan received at Karachi airport by Hussain Ali Changezi Sensei President & Chief Instructor JKA Pakistan and JKA Pakistan officials.

Shiina Shihan conducted karate training seminar on 14^th February at Jamia Binoria university karate club and Abdul Manan Saleem Secretary General JKA Sindh is an instructor of club. This is for the first time that JKA dojo established in Banoria university and Shiina Shihan conducted training seminar. Shiina Shihan thought kihon and basic kata for students. At the end of training seminar closing ceremony was held Shaikh Ghulam Rasool administrator university presented souvenirs to Shiina Shihan, Hussain Ali Changezi Sensei, Nasrullah Sensei and other officials. Jamia Binoria university Karate club hosted dinner in honour of Shiina Shihan.

The venue for 8^th JKA national camp was Japan International Culture Center, Consulate General of Japan Karachi and we are thankful to Japan Consulate Karachi for cooperation and support. Four days training camp comprised instructor training, colour belts training and all ranks training. JKA referee & judge training session was also scheduled and special zero class for new beginners also conducted by Shiina Shihan.

On 16^th February His Excellency HATTORI Masaru Consul General of Japan in Karachi hosted dinner in his official residence in honour of Katustoshi Shiina Shihan. JKA Pakistan officials were also invited. Delicious and traditional Japanese food served in dinner.

Shiina Shihan conducted kata sessions, kihon sessions and kumite sessions in four days training programme. Participants keenly participated in all seminars and learn a lot from Shiina Shihan and for the first time JKA referee & judge training course with practical session also held. All instructors participated intensely in practical session.

Afternoon of 18^th February, 2024 closing ceremony of 8th JKA National Karate Camp successfully held at Consulate General of Japan in Karachi and His Excellency HATTORI Masaru Consul General of Japan was Chief Guest. Mr. NAKAGAWA Yasushi Deputy Consul General, Ms. SAITO Machi Vice Consul, Director Culture Affairs, Shiina Katsutoshi Shihan Technical Director JKA, Syed Feroze Shah Director Pak-Japan Business Forum, Mr. Azmat Attaka Vice President Pakistan Japan Culture Association, Shaikh Ghulam Rasool administrator Jamia Banoria University, Mr. Imran Khan Advisor Culture Affairs Consulate General of Japan, Mr. Shahji Uddin Chuhan patron JKA Sindh and officials of JKA Pakistan were present at the occasion.

H.E. HATTORI Masaru Consul General of Japan, Hussain Ali Changezi Sensei, President Japan Karate Association Pakistan and Shiina Katsutoshi Shihan Technical Director Japan Karate Association addressed at the occasion of closing ceremony. Hussain Ali Changezi Sensei presented souvenirs to H.E. HATTORI Masaru, Shiina Katsutoshi Shihan and other officials. Shiina Shihan distributed certificates to participants of training camp. After closing ceremony JKA Pakistan meeting was held and all country chapter leadership of JKA Pakistan participated in meeting.

On 19^th February JKA Pakistan with collaboration of Sindh Sports Board organized karate seminar at Hyderabad Club, Hyderabad. This is for the first time that Shiina Shihan visited Hyderabad and conducted training seminar.  Seminar was very fantastic players and instructors participated with enthusiasm and zeal. After training seminar closing ceremony was held Mr. Ahsan Ali Assistant Commissioner Hyderabad, Ms. Musarat Shaheen Mukhtiyarkar District Hyderabad, Mr. Shahid Ali Assistant Mukhtiyarkar, Mr. Sher Muhammad sports in-charge at Hyderabad Club (Sindh sports Board) and other guest were present at the occasion. Mr. Ahsan Ali AC Hyderabad awarded souvenirs to Shiina Shihan, Changezi Sensei and officials. Ms. Musrat Shaheen presented traditional Sindhi Ajrak to Shiina Shihan, Changezi Sensei and officials. Shiina Shihan distributed certificates to participants of training seminar. Electronic media representatives provide coverage of seminar. Ms. Mehak Mughal Vice President JKA Sindh was organizing secretary and she organized successful event at Hyderabad.

20^th February was last day of Shiina Shihan in Pakistan. Hussain Ali Changezi Sensei with JKA Pakistan officials had special meeting. Shiina Shihan gave guideline for promotion and development of JKA in Pakistan.
