“KARATEDO JKA DOLORS ALMEDA” Cornellá Barcelona

Este pasado fin de semana hemos realizado un seminario de Karatedo JKA en Cornellá de Llobregat (Barcelona). Los entrenamientos se han llevado a cabo en instalaciones del Colegio Dolors Almeda en sesión doble en la jornada del sábado y el domingo por la mañana. Al final de la sesión del domingo se realizaron exámenes para pase de grado de Shodan y Nidan JKA. Un centenar de Karatekas entre niños y adultos de diferentes Dojos de Cornellá, Barcelona, Manresa, Blanes, Vic y otros más, han tomado parte en este Seminario donde, se desglosaron los diferentes aspectos técnicos de Kihon, Kata y Kumite, conceptos fundamentales del Karatedo Shotokan JKA. Se hizo repaso y estudio de Katas Ji-in, Jitte y Hangetsu. En Kumite realizamos un trabajo evolutivo desde las formas básicas estructuradas, hasta las formas libres y avanzadas, donde analizamos las diferentes formas de Tai Sabaki (Esquiva) y su importancia en la anticipación (Sen No Sen). Anterior a los exámenes, se desglosaron las diferentes combinaciones técnicas y apartados que comprenden el programa de exámenes JKA y sus últimas actualizaciones. A pesar del calor reinante en estos días, destacó sobremanera, el esfuerzo y la entrega de este estupendo grupo de JKA Cataluña, disfrutando de los entrenos en un ambiente cordial. Maravillosa organización por parte de los Senseis Juan Domingo Sánchez y Mayra Ríos a los que queremos agradecer una vez más, sus siempre inmejorables disposición, hospitalidad y atenciones. En puertas ya de nuestro Seminario Internacional de primavera con Naka Tatsuya Shihan a celebrar en los próximos días 2-5 de junio de 2022, en San Fernando (Cádiz). This past weekend we have held a JKA Karatedo seminar in Cornellá de Llobregat (Barcelona). The trainings have been carried out in facilities of the Colegio Dolors Almeda in a double session on Saturday and Sunday morning. At the end of the Sunday session, Shodan and Nidan JKA grade passing exams were held. A hundred karatekas between children and adults from different Dojos in Cornellá, Barcelona, Manresa, Blanes, Vic and others, have taken part in this Seminar where the different technical aspects of Kihon, Kata and Kumite, fundamental concepts of Karatedo, Shotokan JKA. Katas Ji-in, Jitte and Hangetsu were reviewed and studied. In Kumite we carry out an evolutionary work from the basic structured forms, to the free and advanced forms, where we analyze the different forms of Tai Sabaki (Dodge) and its importance in anticipation (Sen No Sen). Prior to the exams, the different technical combinations and sections that comprise the JKA exam program and its latest updates were broken down. Despite the prevailing heat these days, he greatly highlighted the effort and dedication of this wonderful group from JKA Catalonia, enjoying the training sessions in a
cordial atmosphere. Wonderful organization by Senseis Juan Domingo Sánchez and Mayra Ríos, whom we want to thank once again for their always unbeatable disposition, hospitality and attention. At the gates of our International Spring Seminar with Naka Tatsuya Shihan to be held in the next days June 2-5, 2022, in San Fernando (Cádiz).
