TO : JKA member countries and JKA member organizations

We highly appreciate your cooperation for developing Karate-do and promoting JKA Karate in every country in this pandemic circumstances.
In our previous letter No.FS-21-018 (Dated 19^th August, 2021) we informed that dispatching JKA HQ instructors in 2021 would be canceled or postponed unless the COVID-19 situation be under control. Today we must inform you that this address will be continued until end of March 2022.
We expected and wished the Covid-19 pandemic comes to the end within 2021 when we approved dispatching JKA HQ instructors to the applied countries / organizations from 2022, but we must inform you that the once approved dispatching issues will be canceled or postponed again.
As for the requests after April, we will decide based on the Japanese Government’s next policy on overseas travel by Japanese citizen.
We fully understand that the repeated cancel / postponement of dispatching JKA HQ instructors just less than one month before will trouble you so much but we will highly appreciate your further understanding and cooperation.

本年3月までの本部指導員の海外派遣について

拝啓　時下ますますご清祥のこととお慶び申し上げます。
さて、2021年８月19日付の通知(FS-21-048)にて、総本部指導員の派遣についてはコロナウイルス蔓延の状況が改善しない限り、2021年中は中止または延期の措置をとる旨ご連絡申し上げましたが、この期限を３月末まで引き延ばすことといたしました。
したがいまして、大変残念ではございますが、年明けの収束を見込んですでに派遣を決めておりました国・地域への派遣も延期または中止とさせていただきます。
なお、4月以降につきましては、日本政府による日本人の海外渡航に関する新たな指針が出されるのを待って決めることといたします。
再度の派遣延期により、皆様にはご迷惑をおかけすることになるとは十分理解しておりますが、更なるご理解とご協力のほどお願い申し上げます。
